These terms and conditions, along with your order, form the complete agreement between Spindle and you regarding the purchase of products. No other terms will apply. Any changes to this contract can only be made if agreed upon by us in writing or via email.

Colours

Online Orders

If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, or experience an incorrect delivery, please notify Spindle in writing by emailing hello@spindlekids.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number in the email. If we do not receive notice within 14 days, it will be assumed that you have accepted the delivery as correct and complete.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales within Australia and the parties must submit to the jurisdiction of the New South Wales Courts within Australia.

Definitions

"Spindle" means Spindle Co. Pty Ltd ABN 17 652 527 396, its related entities and its authorised representatives.

"Effective Date" means 15 November 2024.

"Website" refers to the Spindle website, www.spindlekids.com.
