Returns
We at Spindle are committed to delivering quality products and hope you love all your new goodies! However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong or you may change your mind. In those instances, we can offer a full refund or exchange, with some exclusions.
Conditions
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unsoiled and undamaged; and
- be with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exclusions
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items and gift cards.
Return Process
If all of the above conditions are met, please use the following process when requesting a return:
- Contact our Customer Service Team on hello@spindlekids.com to request your return. In your email to us, please reference your order number, outline the reason for return and if you would like an exchange or refund. Please also attach photos if you believe you have received a faulty product.

We will email you a returns form to print, complete and include in your returns parcel.

Please return your product in its original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you've received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
